Return & Cancellation Policy

This Return & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made through Trendy Solo. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are permitted only in cases where the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. The customer must notify Trendy Solo within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.

Failure to notify within this period shall constitute acceptance of the product in its delivered condition.

2. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To initiate a return request, the customer must submit:
• A complete, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the package seal and contents
• Supporting images or video evidence of the defect or discrepancy

Trendy Solo reserves the sole right to evaluate submitted evidence. Return approval is strictly subject to internal verification and discretion.

3. Return Authorization & Collection

Upon approval:
• Trendy Solo will arrange a return pickup
• The product must be returned in original condition
• All packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be intact

• Unauthorized return shipments
• Products lost or damaged during customer-initiated shipping
• Claims submitted without proper documentation

Any return sent without prior approval will be refused.

6. Non-Returnable Circumstances

Returns will not be accepted if:
• The request is submitted after the 3-day reporting window
• The product shows signs of use, mishandling, or tampering
• Required proof is incomplete or unclear

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation requests will not be honored due to processing and fulfillment procedures.

8. Policy Enforcement

Trendy Solo reserves the right to modify, refuse, or enforce this policy at its discretion to prevent misuse or fraudulent claims. All decisions made by Trendy Solo regarding returns and cancellations shall be final.
